Natalie approaches her work practically, organizing priorities specific to each project and making decisions based on the needs of that project. She finds meaning in her work through recognition of architecture’s legacy: both in creating a good experience for a project team during project delivery and creating architecture that supports good user experiences in the future.
Her perspective on design and her daily work is informed by her capacity for empathy and ability to understand where a client and other members of a project team are coming from. In this way, she tailors her role to them.
Natalie takes particular pleasure in promoting and facilitating knowledge sharing and mentorship opportunities at O4. When not at the office, she can often be on her bicycle exploring the city.
