Natalie approaches her work practically, organizing priorities specific to each project and making decisions based on its needs. She finds meaning in her work through an awareness of architecture’s legacy: both in creating a positive experience for project teams during delivery and in shaping environments that support future use.
Her perspective on design and daily work is informed by her capacity for empathy and her ability to understand where clients and collaborators are coming from. In this way, she tailors her role to support them effectively.
Natalie takes particular pleasure in promoting and facilitating knowledge sharing and mentorship opportunities at O4. Outside the office, she can often be found cycling through the city, exploring it at her own pace.
