Josh’s wide range of interests - from woodcraft to psychology, music to philosophy – naturally led him to architecture, an excitingly impure profession that holds many areas of thought within its purview. He views architecture as a mediator between self and world, and therefor as an appropriate medium for design which can promote a felt sense of connection to people, place, and planet. A long-time maker, Josh lends his attention to composition, materiality and detail to everything he does in the office.
