CBRE retained O4 to provide comprehensive architectural services for a 470 sqm tenant improvement in a new office building in Langley, BC.

Given the tight timeframe, the team developed an expedited delivery schedule that condensed the design process into just 2 months. O4 successfully met this ambitious timeline, which included collaboration with stakeholders and coordination with a full complement of consultants.

As the project progresses into construction, O4's role has expanded to assist in the completion of the base building space, working closely with CBRE to ensure the seamless execution of the final design.
