Proud sponsors of
Heritage BC’s Annual Conference 2026

Architecture shaped by people, place, process, and responsibility.

At O4, architecture is not only about buildings. It is about understanding communities, contexts, and the responsibilities that come with shaping the environments people share.

Supporting the 2026
Heritage BC Annual Conference

Heritage BC brings together professionals, communities, and organizations across British Columbia to explore how heritage continues to shape the places we live and work.

The 2026 conference, Living Connections: People, Place & Stewardship, focuses on the relationships between communities, landscapes, and cultural histories.

O4 Architecture is proud to support this gathering and the ongoing conversations about how architecture, heritage, and communities intersect.

Our work focuses primarily on civic, cultural, and community architecture, developed in collaboration with public clients and stakeholders across Canada.

Highlighted Community Projects

Strawberry Hill Community Hall

Originally built around 1910, this historic community hall was rebuilt after a 2017 fire. The new design honours the character of the original building while supporting its continued role as a gathering place for the community.

Developed with the Semiahmoo First Nation and the City of Surrey, this cultural carving centre supports learning, storytelling, and community gathering. The design creates an open place where art, tradition, and knowledge can be shared.
