CBRE retained O4A to provide architectural design and coordination services for a unique 1,000 sqm (10,000 sqft) office space for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in downtown Victoria. Working within a tight budget, O4A focused on delivering a simplified design and process from the outset, collaborating with the client team, LWS, and RPD to implement flexible furniture options throughout the space.
