Phases

First phase of the design process. Exploration of architectural and tectonic elements of the project design, translating the programming and concept design into architectural and spatial solutions.

Phase which bridges the gap between initial preliminary design and final construction drawings.

Largest part of the design process where design, details and technical information in finalized into a complete package of drawings and specifications.

Period which during pre-qualified contractors receive detailed construction drawings and submit their sealed tender documents for evaluation.

Here the architectural concepts evolve into tangible structures. Ensures the smooth and successful execution of the design vision. This is where you will receive and supply ASKs, CCOs, COs, RFIs, SIs and COPs

Occurs after the physical construction is complete but before the actual delivery of the work to the client
